wearing shoes would be more sensible. when we talk about shoes remember, they should be the types that are easy, comfortable, provide you adequate support as you%26#039;ll either climbing up /down. better to stay away from formal styles. sports ones or even casual ones which meet the criteria would be better. chappals may be ok for certain people but not 4 everyone. also some people do it barefoot, but will u be comfortable?
